Healing Prayer of Isaiah 53

Precious Lord Jesus, I thank you for your enduring love.
You came into the world to set me free from the power of darkness. You embraced a violent death on the cross to pay the penalty on my behalf. You suffered the scourging at the pillar, taking the sickness of humanity upon your flesh so that I could be healed.

I come before you now to place all my sin upon your cross and ask for your precious blood to wash me clean. I place the penalty for my sinfulness, all my sickness, diseases, and infirmities upon your cross, and for the sake of your sorrowful passion, I ask to be set free. I accept your sacrifice and receive your gift of reconciliation. I confess your Lordship over every aspect of my life, heart, mind, body, soul, and spirit.

Through the power of your cross, Lord Jesus, I now resist all forms of sin, sickness, and disease. I say to all forms of sickness and disease caused by my disobedience that you are not God’s good and perfect will for my life, and I enforce the power of the cross upon you right now. By the shed blood of the Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth, I command all sickness and disease to leave my presence immediately. Jesus bore my infirmities. He was wounded for my transgressions. By his stripes, I have been healed. No sickness, pain, death, fear, or addiction shall ever be lord over me again. The penalty has been paid in full. I have been ransomed and redeemed, sanctified, and set free. I pray this is Jesus' name, Amen.

Healing Prayer of Surrender

Lord Jesus, it is my will to surrender everything I am and strive to be to You. I open the deepest recesses of my heart and invite Your Holy Spirit to dwell inside me. I offer you my life, heart, mind, body, soul, spirit, and all my hopes, plans, and dreams.

I surrender my past, present, and future problems, habits, character defects, attitudes, livelihood, resources, finances, medical coverage, occupation, and relationships.

I give you my health, physical appearance, disabilities, family, marriage, children, and friendships. I ask you to take Lordship over every aspect of my life. I surrender to you all my hurt, pain, worry, doubt, fear, and anxiety, and I ask you to wash me clean.

I release everything into your compassionate care. Please speak to me clearly, Lord. Open my ears to hear your voice. Open my heart to commune with you more deeply. I want to feel your loving embrace. Open the doors that need to be opened and close the doors that need to be closed. Please set my feet upon the straight and narrow road that leads to everlasting life. Amen.

Ask of God and Our Lady the cure of the sick whom we entrust to you. (Pause here and silently recall the names of the sick for whom you are praying) Aided in this way by your powerful intercession, we shall sing to God a song of gratitude for His great goodness and mercy now and for all eternity.  Amen

Healing Prayer of the Precious Blood

"Demons don't stand a chance against the power of Christ's blood."

Fr. Jim Blount, an exorcist priest, has devoted himself to a ministry of healing and deliverance. He recently shared with us four steps to enable forgiveness.

1. MAKE AN ACT OF THE WILL - Forgiveness is a decision and not based on feelings or emotions.

2. BLESS THOSE WHO PERSECUTE YOU - Blessings release the poison. Blessings heal the heart.

3. ALWAYS GIVE THANKS—We should ask for the grace to thank God for the wounds we suffer and have suffered in this life because they can lead to our spiritual healing.

4. PRAISE THE LORD - All is in his hands, ordered and arranged by his Divine Providence; all is well in my soul. We should always be thankful to God.

For Healing and Deliverance, Father Blount recommends:

• Pray the Holy Rosary daily and increase your prayer life.

• Frequent visits to the Blessed Sacrament and make Holy Hours of devotion.

• Recite the "Precious Blood Prayer."  This prayer is only 12 words long:

 “Most Precious Blood of Jesus Christ, save us and the whole world.”

Note: Fr. Blount says this simple prayer is a highly effective prayer of deliverance, as demons must flee from the power of Jesus’ blood. This priest-exorcist frequently recommends that people recite this prayer 500 times each day. Using your rosary to keep track of the number can be helpful.
 

The Church’s honoring of Jesus’ Precious Blood reflects our certainty that Jesus gave his life out of love for us, spilling his blood for the salvation of humanity. With his bloodshed on the cross, he saved us from the power of sin, death, and Satan.
 

As St. Peter, our first pope, wrote in his first epistle (1 Peter 1:19):

“You know that you were ransomed from the futile ways inherited from your ancestors, not with perishable things like silver or gold, but with the precious blood of Christ, like that of a lamb without defect or blemish.”

In the Eucharistic celebration of the mass, Catholics are mystically united to Jesus' real presence, body, blood, soul, and divinity when they receive the consecrated hosts during the Catholic mass. Christ's true presence exists in the Holy Eucharist under the appearance of both bread and wine. (John 6:51)
